I am a practicing psychotherapist with an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Indiana. I attended the University of Southern Indiana as an undergraduate student-athlete, studying Social Work and Psychology. I later obtained a Master in Social Work through the USI graduate program.

    I am a therapist, business owner, mom, and wife. My experience in these roles, coupled with my previous work and personal experiences, have led to my specialization in working with clients dealing with Sports Performance Issues, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Interpersonal Issues, Relationship Challenges, Women’s Issues, Weight Management, and Eating disorders. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
